You can never go wrong with a black dress, and if you do, oh my! You really have fashion issues! No one looks bad with a black dress, and as my dear friend (I wish) Karl Lagerfeld once said, you can never be over-dress or under dress with a LBD (Little black dress). The fun part comes with the accessories, because I’m sure you’ll agree with me that with a different jacket, other shoes, other bag and other sunnies the look can change completely. You can make it as feminine or edgy as you want, play with hair and make up. And in a way a LBD is like a white canvas, it’s the starting point for whatever you want… why don’t we play a game and you show me your LBD outfits via Twitter or Facebook?
While seeing the fall collections a few months ago, I fell in love with the tulle skirts with different lenghts and transparencies from Choloé. I was actually thinking to find someone that can recreate one for me (since the sewing machine and I are not exactly close friends), when I ran into this skirt at Zara, a very similiar to the one I wanted. For one thing or another, I didn’t bought it immediately, and I was sure I will find it a few weeks later on sale. While going to explore the sales with my mom, I looked for it, and I almost had a mini heart attack when I couldn’t find it. After moving lots of clothes, luckily I found one hiding in one little corner. When I couldn’t find it, I wanted it even more. It’s funny how much more you end up wanting something that you can’t have. Have you ever been in one of this situations?
