A letter to myself.
It’s ok to not have everything figured out.
Life changes and you have to accept change.
It’s ok to be apart from those you love, when you’re trying to understand what you really want.
Create your own version of happiness.
It’s ok to want everything and more, don’t be stingy with your dreams and wishes.
Your person is a work in progress, try little by little to create the best version of yourself.
If people are no longer in your life, ask yourself what you have learned from them and move on.
Learn to be alone but don’t be lonely.
Be gentle with yourself, don’t judge yourself too hard.
Be your own best friend and be ok with wanting what’s best for you at that moment.
Do more of what makes you happy.
Do less things because you have to and more because you want to.
Try new things at least once, just to know if you like them or not.
Understand that you choose your life, this didn’t just happened, you made it happen and be happy with it, if you’re not, change it.
It’s ok to want to change the direction of your life.
Surround yourself with those that make you laugh and don’t judge you.
You only have one life, don’t try to make it as everyone else’s.
Don’t let society, age or ideas prevent you for having the life of your dreams.
You’re not supposed to be ‘anything’ rather than what you want to be.
Turning 30 is scary, you might think you can’t make as many mistakes or have as much fun as in your 20’s… maybe you can. Don’t be scared to find out.
